Want to improve your speed? Become a better athlete? Whether you need a quicker first step, a faster change of direction, or improved footwork - working on your speed and agility with Patrick Jackson will help you get there! This clinic will focus on explosion, bursts, turn over and top end speed.

Winter Swim Camp - Youth

This session runs December 5 - 7 from 6:00pm to 7:00pm.  Registration is OPEN.

This program is designed for swimmers who want to have fun this winter while learning and practicing stroke technique, proper diving form, flip turns, using blocks, and more! Swimmers must pass the 25 meter swim test to participate! Limited space available.

Team Training - Mini Session

4-week Team Training Session                                          Tuesdays & Thursdays       9:00 am - 10:00 am

Don't wait until the new year to jump start your fitness program! Join us from November 28 - December 22, every Tuesday & Thursday, for a total of 8 classes in a team training format. This program is open to ALL fitness levels and is designed to help participants achieve long term progress & a sustainable behavior change.  Only EIGHT (8) spots are available!

Class structure:

  • Workout Primer - 5 minutes
  • Strength Training - 20 to 30 minutes
  • Functional Conditioning - 15 to 20 minutes
  • Core Training - 5 to 10 minutes​

Youth Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), "Bully-Proofing"            Saturdays       8:30 am - 9:30 am

Description: Bully-proof your kid with confidence, self-defense, and discipli​ne. This class combines boxing, kickboxing, jiu-jitsu in a fun and positive environment. They will learn respect for self and respect for others as well as valuable leadership skills to last a lifetime. Workout Attire; No shoes.
(*This is a low contact class with NO live sparring.)

Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) for Adults 

Jiu Jitsu Fundamentals                 Fridays 12:30 - 1:30 pm 

Description: In this class, we teach the basic movements, concepts of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Focused on self-defense, building confidence and developing technical knowledge, these classes include technical instruction and other drills designed to help participants build ​a foundation for self-defense. (*This is a low contact class with NO live sparring.) Workout Attire; No shoes.

Adult ​​Fitness Progra​ms ($)

Priva​te Yoga is a personal training session with a certified yoga instructor to address your specific needs and goals. ​ 

Certified Personal Trainers are available for 1:1 or group training sessions. 

Team Training: Get signed up today for pe​rsonal training service with the accountability of a community. Team Training provides elements of teamwork and individual focus from a certified trainer. Choose from one of the below timeslots – but hurry, space is very limited!
