Youth Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), "Bully-Proofing"            Saturdays       8:30 am - 9:30 am

Description: Bully-proof your kid with confidence, self-defense, and discipli​ne. This class combines boxing, kickboxing, jiu-jitsu in a fun and positive environment. They will learn respect for self and respect for others as well as valuable leadership skills to last a lifetime. Workout Attire; No shoes.
(*This is a low contact class with NO live sparring.) 

  • Ages: 6 – 17 years old
  • Duration: Ongoing, month-to-month​
  • End Date: Ongoing, 30-day notice to cancel

This class is taught by Absolute Martial Arts Owner/Head Trainer and Certified Youth Fitness Trainer, Victor Moreno. His experience includes 2x Midwest Cage Championship welterweight champion, WWFC Middleweight Champion, & Extreme Kickboxing Middleweight Champion.​

Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) for Adults 

Jiu Jitsu Fundamentals                 Fridays 12:30 - 1:30 pm 

Description: In this class, we teach the basic movements, concepts of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Focused on self-defense, building confidence and developing technical knowledge, these classes include technical instruction and other drills designed to help participants build ​a foundation for self-defense. (*This is a low contact class with NO live sparring.) Workout Attire; No shoes.          

  • Ages: 18 + years old
  • End Date: Ongoing, 10-day notice to cancel or freeze enrollment
  • Member Investment: $65/ month​
  • Location: Activity Zone

Ricky Glenn aka The Gladiator​: American mixed martial artist, UFC Lightweight Fighter, former PFL (World Series Of Fighting) Featherweight World Champion, Midwest Cage Championship Featherweight Champion, 2x (170lbs and under Absolute) Midwest Grappling Champion, Coaching experience at all levels of MMA and Jiu Jitsu competition.

Adult ​​Fitness Progra​ms ($)

Priva​te Yoga is a personal training session with a certified yoga instructor to address your specific needs and goals. ​ 

Certified Personal Trainers are available for 1:1 or group training sessions. 

Team Training: Get signed up today for pe​rsonal training service with the accountability of a community. Team Training provides elements of teamwork and individual focus from a certified trainer. Choose from one of the below timeslots – but hurry, space is very limited! 

  • 5:30 am - Mon/Wed/Fri

  • 8:00 am - Mon/Wed/Fri​​  (*previously 9:00 am)

  • 11:00 am - Mon/Wed/Fri

  • 5:00 pm - Mon/Tues/Thurs​

Nutritional Coaching is provided through our Registered Dietitian  for 1:1 or family coaching sessions during this time. 

Team Swim is a training program for adult members of TPAW.
