​The Fred Jackson Football Camp at DMACC

During this camp, Jackson will be joined by former NFL and Collegiate players to learn proper techniques of the game to help develop good habits. The coaches will guide the experience by sharing some of the same drills they used in the NFL. Jackson encourages both male and female athletes.

Saturday, August 6

TPAW Summer Swim Camp

This program is designed for swimmers who want to have fun this summer while learning/ practicing stroke technique, proper diving form, flip turns, using blocks, and more. 

  • Week of June 6  - 9:00 am - 11:00 am
  • Week of July 18 - 9:00 am - 11:00 am

Investment: Members: $90 / Non-Members: $120

Registration Opens at 8:00 am on Wednesday, May 18.  Swimmers must pass the 25 meter swim test to participate. Limited space available.

Patrick Jackson Speed Camp

​Open to Members & Non-Members

Held at Trail Point Aquatics and Wellness, Patrick Jackson Speed Camp will focus on the fundamentals of running including proper form, explosion, running technique, and breathing. Rest assured, this is not just be a “line up and run” type of camp. We will help participants build confidence in running doing a variety of workouts that help build and promote speed. Once the camp is finished, Patrick’s goal is to give participants the tools needed to continue to grow as runners.

Dates: June 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 

     Ages 7 – 12: 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM 

     ​Ages 13 – 18: 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM

Camp 2 

Dates: June 20, 21, 22, 23, 24

Youth Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), "Bully-Proofing"            Saturdays       8:30 am - 9:30 am

Description: Bully-proof your kid with confidence, self-defense, and discipli​ne. This class combines boxing, kickboxing, jiu-jitsu in a fun and positive environment. They will learn respect for self and respect for others as well as valuable leadership skills to last a lifetime. Workout Attire; No shoes.
(*This is a low contact class with NO live sparring.) 

  • Ages: 6 – 17 years old
  • Duration: Ongoing, month-to-month​
  • End Date: Ongoing, 30-day notice to cancel

This class is taught by Absolute Martial Arts Owner/Head Trainer and Certified Youth Fitness Trainer, Victor Moreno. His experience includes 2x Midwest Cage Championship welterweight champion, WWFC Middleweight Champion, & Extreme Kickboxing Middleweight Champion.​

Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) for Adults 

Jiu Jitsu Fundamentals                 Thursdays  7:00 pm - 8:00 pm

                                                                     As of May 27, this will change to Fridays 12:30 - 1:30 pm 

Description: In this class, we teach the basic movements, concepts of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Focused on self-defense, building confidence and developing technical knowledge, these classes include technical instruction and other drills designed to help participants build ​a foundation for self-defense. Adult ​​Fitness Programs ($)

Priva​te Yoga is a personal training session with a certified yoga instructor to address your specific needs and goals. ​ 

Certified Personal Trainers are available for 1:1 or group training sessions. 

Team Training: Get signed up today for pe​rsonal training service with the accountability of a community. Team Training provides elements of teamwork and individual focus from a certified trainer. Choose from one of the below timeslots – but hurry, space is very limited!
