Class Name Type Description
A​CTIVE AGERS STRENGTH & STRETCH  ​STRENGTH/FLEXIBILITY This class incorporates strength, posture, balance, flexibility, and coordination exercises specific to Active Agers. (All levels & ages welcome.)
​AQUA BARRE AQUATICS  A fun workout that is a total body water workout. Utilizes movement and positions from dance, Pilates, and Yoga. (All levels welcome.)
AQUA CARDIO & STRENGTH AQUATICS  This is a pool-based, intense workout! Get your heart pumping, burn fat, improve muscle tone, and build strength through cardio and strength intervals! (All levels welcome.)
