AQUA BARRE | AQUATICS | A fun workout that is a total body water workout. Utilizes movement and positions from dance, Pilates, and Yoga. (All levels welcome.) |
AQUA CARDIO & STRENGTH | AQUATICS | This is a pool-based, intense workout! Get your heart pumping, burn fat, improve muscle tone, and build strength through cardio and strength intervals! (All levels welcome.) |
AQUA KICKBOXING | AQUATICS | This water-based, non-stop,circuit-style workout will take you through 8-12 rounds of cardio, punches, kicks, and core. Get into the ring with this fun and powerful TKO of a work out! (All levels welcome.) |
AQUA ZUMBA | AQUATICS | Aqua Zumba gives new meaning to the idea of an invigorating workout. Splashing, stretching, twisting, even shouting, laughing, hooting and hollering are often heard during an Aqua Zumba workout. Integrating the Zumba formula and philosophy with traditional aqua fitness disciplines, Aqua Zumba blends it all together into a safe, challenging, water-based workout that's cardio conditioning, body toning, and most of all, exhilarating beyond belief! BARBELL STRENGTH | STRENGTH | Bring the weight room to the studio! An upbeat strength training class using barbells and your own body weight to challenge all major muscle groups. Higher weight, lower repetition will help you gain muscular endurance, strength, and definition. Be prepared to bring the power and leaver this class feeling truly strong! (All levels welcome.) |
BOOTCAMP | CARDIO & STRENGTH | Non-stop, powerhouse workout that combines full-body resistance training with continuous cardio. We use a variety of equipment and cycle activity with built-in recovery for extra efficiency, guaranteed to burn calories and get your heart pumping! (All levels welcome.) |
CARDIO DANCE | CARDIO | This class is the ultimate dance party! Through a mix of choreography and exercises, you will sweat away all the worries. No rhythm or dance skills required. |
CYCLING | CARDIO | Our cycle classes provide instruction on proper bike setup and body position, which allows participants to get more familiar with our Stages Bikes. These cycle classes offer a challenging ride of intervals to deliver a confidence-boosting yet satisfying workout. Our classes are also designed to simulate different road terrains from steady flat stretches to hills, turns, jumps, and challenging sprints. (All levels welcome.) |
ENERGIZING VINYASA YOGA | CORE & FLEXIBILITY | This flow yoga class seamlessly links poses together in coordination with focused breath. A variety of strength-based asanas are incorporated to build strength, endurance, balance, and flexibility. Movements are designed to help participants tune in to their bodies and improve muscle engagement. (All levels welcome.) |
GENTLE YOGA | CORE & FLEXIBILITY | This yoga class includes gentle flows with a focus on slower, controlled movements, longer pose holds, breathing techniques and mindfulness to bring the body, mind, and spirit into balance. (All levels welcome.) |
KICKBOXING | CARDIO | This full body workout challenges the cardiovascular system through easy to follow, kickboxing patterns. Participants will punch, kick, block, and tone their bodies in this fun and challenging workout! Come on, step into the ring! (All levels welcome.) |
LES MILLS BODYPUMP | STRENGTH | This original Les Mills barbell class will tone, sculpt, and strengthen your entire body, fast! This class challenges all your major muscle groups with moderate weight, higher repetition while you squat, press, lift, and curl. (All levels welcome.) |
MAT PILATES | CORE & FLEXIBILITY | With a focus on the breath and flow, Pilates exercises relieve stress and soothe aches and pains. With all the hunching and sitting we tend to do, the cues and corrections of each class will increase your postural and muscular awareness. (All levels welcome.) |
STEP | CARDIO | A cardiovascular workout that utilizes the step in varying speeds, directions, and positions. This workout strengthens and shapes the lower body, one step at a time. (All levels welcome.) |

An upbeat strength training class that uses a variety of equipment, such as dumbbells, barbells, stability balls, resistance tubing and your own body weight to challenge all major muscle groups. Yin Yang YOGA | CORE & FLEXIBILITY | At the core of this yoga practice is is slow-paced movement into poses that are held for some time. It also incorporates balance, breath, stretching, and relaxation. (All levels welcome.) |
ZUMBA | CARDIO | A pre-choreographed and easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired dance fitness party. The routines feature fast and slow rhythms to burn maximum calories as you re-energize in a fun atmosphere. (All levels welcome.) |
