MEDICAL PROGRAMMING

Trail Point Medical Programming caters to the unique health requirements of community members with chronic diseases and disabilities. These programs, under the supervision of licensed and certified professionals, provide assistance in comprehending and managing your health through a partnership with Above + Beyond Cancer.

Through initial and ongoing assessments, we work with participants to develop a program based on their current stage and assist them in formulating a plan to achieve their individual goals.
