Members and non-members are eligible to rent our Leisure Pool during designated times on Friday 7:00pm - 8:30pm, Saturday 3:00pm - 4:30pm, and Sunday 3:00pm - 4:30pm.
POOL RENTAL AGREEMENT TERMS
- There is an upfront non-refundable retainer due at reservation confirmation.
- Remaining balance is due a minimum of one (1) week before reservation date.
- Pool rentals participants will get exclusive access to the Leisure Pool for up to 25 people.
- All pool rental attendees will need to have a signed waiver submitted to the front desk prior to receiving a wristband and entering the facility.
- There must be a 1:5 ratio of adults to children for ages 5 and under.
- There must be a 1:10 ratio of adults to children for ages 6 and up.
- No food allowed inside the pool area.
- If hosting a party, no decorations or gifts are allowed inside the pool area.
- If hosting a party, participants can utilize tables in front lobby outside of Competition Pool for food, drinks, and gifts.
- You may arrive 30 minutes in advance of your rental start time to decorate the lobby area (if needed).
- Trail Point will only provide tables & chairs in the lobby area. You will need to bring your own supplies, decorations, etc. if you are hosting a party.
- The renter is responsible for all cleanup and any damages incurred. Failure to clean the space will result in a $50 cleaning fee. Any damages will be assessed and charged separately.
- Pool rental participants will be required to wear a wristband prior to entry and for the duration of the rental while in Trail Point.
LEISURE POOL RULES
- Children must be at least 3 months old to be in the pool.
- Children 8 years and under must have a parent/guardian in the pool with them at all times; supervision must be maintained at a ratio of 1 adult for every 5 children ages 5 and under, and 1 adult for every 10 children ages 6 and older.
- Parent or guardian must be at least 16 years of age or older.
- Only Coast Guard approved vests are allowed.
- Trail Point pool noodles, lily pad, and rings may be available - all other items will not be permitted.
- No inflatable rafts, innertube or floatation devices of any kind.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to rentals@mytrailpoint.com.
- Cancellation requests must be received a minimum of one (1) week in advance of the rental date.
- Refund of fees beyond the non-refundable retainer fee, will be handled on a case by case basis.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: Will the pool be supervised?
A: Yes! Lifeguards will be present to supervise the pool during the rental. However,
Lifeguards will not be in the pool with the swimmers. Please ensure you have ample
adults present to meet the needs of the swimmers.
Q: What should participants bring for the pool?
A: Participants should arrive in their swimsuits to provide more time for swimming!
We ask each participant to bring a towel and clothes to change into after swimming.
We recommend any swimmer needing assistance in the water to wear a Coast Guard approved
safety vest.
Q: How early should we arrive?
A: You are able to arrive up to 30 minutes before the start of your reservation time
to decorate the tables (if needed) in front of the Competition Pool, to welcome your
guests, turn in any necessary paperwork, and to get wristbands for all participants.
RATES
- Full court: $137.50 per hour
- Half court: $82.50 per hour
Members and non-members are eligible to rent Gym 1 or Gym 2 on Saturday or Sunday between 5:00pm to 9:00pm.
GYM RENTAL AGREEMENT TERMS
- Minimum booking of 1 hour.
- There is an upfront non-refundable retainer due at reservation confirmation.
- Remaining balance is due a minimum of one (1) week before reservation date.
- Participants will get exclusive access to Gym 1 or Gym 2 during their rental.
- All gym rental attendees will need to have a signed waiver submitted to the front desk prior to entering the facility.
- You are able to arrive 15 minutes in advance of your rental start time to decorate the lobby area (if needed).
- If hosting a party, no decorations or gifts are allowed inside the gym area.
- If hosting a party, participants are able to utilize tables in front lobby outside of Competition Pool for food, drinks, and gifts.
- Trail Point will only provide tables and chairs in the lobby area. You will need to bring your own supplies, decorations, etc. If you are hosting a party.
- Can request the front desk to lower hoops if needed.
- The renter is responsible for all cleanup and any damages incurred. Failure to clean the space will result in a $50 cleaning fee. Any damages will be assessed and charged separately.
- You are restricted from the DMACC Student Center side of building 5.
GYM RULES
- No food or drinks in gym except water.
- No decorations or gifts in the gym area.
- No dunking or hanging on any hoops.
- No hanging or leaning on volleyball or pickleball netting.
- No profanity, rough play, or excessive arguments.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to rentals@mytrailpoint.com.
- Cancellation requests must be received a minimum of one (1) week in advance of the rental date.
- Refund of fees beyond the non-refundable retainer fee, will be handled on a case by case basis.
RATE

Members and non-members are eligible to rent our Studio 1 or Studio 2 on Friday 2:00pm – 9:00pm, Saturday 12:00p – 5:00pm or Sunday 9:00am to 5:00pm.
STUDIO RENTAL AGREEMENT TERMS
- Minimum booking of 1 hour.
- There is an upfront non-refundable retainer due at reservation confirmation.
- Remaining balance is due a minimum of one (1) week before reservation date.
- All studio rental attendees will need to have a signed waiver submitted to the front desk prior to receiving a wristband and entering the facility.
- Participants will get exclusive access to Studio 1 or Studio 2 during their rental.
- All equipment brought into the studio must receive prior approval. Unauthorized equipment may not be used and could result in additional fees or removal from the space.
- Please ensure the rental space is returned to its original condition at the conclusion of your event.
- The renter is responsible for all cleanup and any damages incurred. Failure to clean the space will result in a $50 cleaning fee. Any damages will be assessed and charged separately.
- Studio is available for non-commercial use only.
STUDIO RULES
- No food or drinks in studio except water.
- Please wear non-scuffing shoes to protect the floor surface.
- No access to sound system or equipment within space.
- No profanity, rough play, or excessive arguments.
- Please do not touch or lean on the mirrors.
- Be mindful of the flooring and walls when using the space. Avoid activities that may leave scratches, marks, or other damage.
- Do not hang, pull, or place full body weight on the barre. The barre is not designed to support body weight and improper use may result in injury or damage.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to rentals@mytrailpoint.com.
- Cancellation requests must be received a minimum of one (1) week in advance of the rental date.
- Refund of fees beyond the non-refundable retainer fee, will be handled on a case by case basis.
RATE
- $122.50 per hour
- Additional Fee: $50 for gymnastic mats
Members and non-members are eligible to rent our Activity Zone on Friday 1:00pm – 9:00pm, Saturday or Sunday 1:00p – 5:00pm.
ACTIVITY ZONE AGREEMENT TERMS
- Minimum booking of 1 hour.
- There is an upfront non-refundable retainer due at reservation confirmation.
- Remaining balance is due a minimum of one (1) week before reservation date.
- All Activity Zone attendees will need to have a signed waiver submitted to the front desk prior to receiving a wristband and entering the facility.
- Participants will get exclusive access to the Activity Zone during their rental.
- All equipment brought into the Activity Zone must receive prior approval. Unauthorized equipment may not be used and could result in additional fees or removal from the space.
- Please ensure the rental space is returned to its original condition at the conclusion of your event.
- The renter is responsible for all cleanup and any damages incurred. Failure to clean the space will result in a $50 cleaning fee. Any damages will be assessed and charged separately.
ACTIVITY ZONE RULES
- No food or drinks in Activity Zone.
- Please remove shoes to protect the floor surface and mats.
- No access to equipment within space unless part of rental.
- No profanity, rough play, or excessive arguments.
- Be mindful of the flooring and walls when using the space. Avoid activities that may
leave scratches, marks, or
other damage.
CANCELLATION POLICY

TRACK RENTAL AGREEMENT TERMS
- Minimum booking of 1 hour.
- There is an upfront non-refundable retainer due at reservation confirmation.
- Remaining balance is due a minimum of one (1) week before reservation date.
- Participants will get exclusive access to our one-tenth of a mile track during their rental.
- All track rental attendees will need to have a signed waiver submitted to the front desk prior to entering the facility.
- All equipment brought in must receive prior approval. Unauthorized equipment may not be used and could result in additional fees or removal from the space.
- Please ensure the rental space is returned to its original condition at the conclusion of your event.
- The renter is responsible for all cleanup and any damages incurred. Failure to clean the space will result in a $50 cleaning fee. Any damages will be assessed and charged separately.
- You are restricted from the DMACC Student Center side of building 5.
TRACK RULES

- No track spikes.
- No profanity, rough play, or excessive arguments.
- No leaning, sitting, or hanging on the railing.
- Be mindful of the walls when using the space. Avoid activities that may leave scratches, marks, or other damage.
