Membership FAQ

Q: What if I cannot use my membership for a period of time?

A:  You can place your membership on a freeze, once a calendar year for up to 3 months, by submitting your request at least 10-days before your draft date.   (All monthly memberships are billed on the 1st day of the month.)

This is a great option for those who want to temporarily pause their membership and know they will return to Trail Point.  Your membership will automatically resume after 3 months unless you reactivate it early. You can submit your freeze request using this link: Freeze/Cancellation Request Form.

Q: How do I cancel my membership?

A: You can cancel your membership by submitting the Freeze/Cancellation Request Form at least 10-days before your draft date.  (All monthly memberships are billed on the 1st of the month.)

If this request is submitted within 10 days of your next draft date, you will be charged the upcoming monthly draft and your membership will cancel prior to the following draft.
